Welcome to Rapid Courier & Logistics. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both you, the customer, and us, the service provider.

🔹 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Jamaica Customs applies duties to items over $100 USD.

5. Storage Policy & Fees

Free Storage Period:

Customers are granted 20 days of free storage from the date of package arrival at our local warehouse.

Storage Fees After Grace Period:

After the free period ends, a daily storage fee of JMD $500 per package will be applied.

Abandoned Packages:

Packages left unclaimed for more than 30 calendar days will be considered abandoned. Rapid Courier & Logistics reserves the right to dispose of or resell such items to recover storage and handling costs.

Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to track, collect, and communicate about their shipments in a timely manner. Storage charges are non-negotiable unless pre-approved by management in writing.
